Default Question on salvaging armor.

Does anyone know if you can expert salvage your fissure armor and get any of your globs or shards etc. back?

I would expect you would get back either some shards or some ecto...or a rune.

Why would you want to though? :|

I don't think anyone salvaged there fissure armor, but if you're planning to do so, compare it with salvaging droks armor. You get some iron ingots which doesn't make up for the costs you spend on the steel ingots (platemailarmor is the only armor I've salvaged). Furthermore if there's a rune on it, you only get the rune. And even that's not certain. There are threads where ppl wrote that they've lost their superior absortion or vigor trying to expert salvage their old armor. Instead they got like 8 iron ingots or something, bye bye 100k

I do not think thats a good idea, even if you get ecto or shards back (which I doubt you will) it will be like 1 or 2 shards or ectos.

I do not think its worth it, but I'm 100% sure that if you salvage an armor that has a rune in it you will get the rune and not materials.

Why do you want to salvage it?

Thats not true btw I salvaged monk tatoos with superior protection in them and I got parchment ;p

Who would be dumb enough to salvage fissure armor. You will get like 3 ectos or the rune at best...

all that happened is that instead of the rune you got parchment.

when you salvage armor you are not guaranteed the rune except for the original salvage
